Micro Acupuncture (MA) is a contemporary acupuncture system developed in the1980s by Danish physician Freddy Dahlgren, MD and his assistant Per Otte. Both these men have since passed away therefore, there are only a few physicians throughout the world that are trained in this method.
MA consists of 12 acupuncture points located in each hand and foot; they are not associated with any other acupuncture system. These 48 points are known to stimulate and improve eye health following a confirmed diagnosis of an eye disease by an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.
