Founded in 1985, this not-for-profit association operates across the United States and Canada. The FWP is incorporated as an official professional association with the State of Florida (N03000002637): it has 501(c)3 non-profit status.
As a volunteer, the healthcare professionals at Health For Life perform Wellness Days, do health screenings and deliver educational workshops at no charge on health-related topics in their local communities
